Terms of service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Threadmodo, an online service operated by Acots Corporation ("Acots", "we", "us"). By creating an account, connecting integrations, or using our websites or APIs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy policy.

2. The service
Threadmodo provides tools to help businesses monitor and moderate comments and related engagement on connected Meta (Facebook and Instagram) assets, including optional automation and AI-assisted drafting where enabled. Features may change over time; we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you use Threadmodo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
4. Meta and third-party platforms
When you connect Meta or other third-party services, you also agree to their applicable terms and policies. Our use of data from Meta is described in our Privacy policy and must comply with the Meta Platform Terms and related developer policies. You are responsible for obtaining any rights and consents needed to connect Pages, ad accounts, or Instagram assets you authorize. We may suspend or limit features if required to comply with Meta or other platform rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Threadmodo in violation of law, Meta policies, or third-party rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or Meta systems.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or deceptive content, or to harass others.
- Reverse engineer or scrape the service except as allowed by law.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
6. Customer data and privacy
Our collection and use of personal data and Platform Data is described in our Privacy policy. You instruct us to process data you connect or upload as needed to provide the service. Data deletion requests are handled as described on our Data deletion page.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at purchase or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with advance notice for future renewal periods.
8. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in Threadmodo, our software, and our branding. You retain rights in your content; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to operate the service for you. Feedback you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that moderation outcomes will meet every legal or brand requirement. You remain responsible for your moderation decisions and compliance with advertising, consumer, and platform rules.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acots and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) INR 5,000, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Acots against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights (including Meta rules), except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform provider, or if necessary to protect security. You may stop using the service at any time; you may request data deletion as described on our Data deletion page. Provisions that by nature should survive (including limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the Last updated date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where your explicit consent is required by law.
