2. Scope

This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, registered users of Threadmodo, and anyone who contacts us or uses integrations we provide. If you use Threadmodo on behalf of a company, that organization may have its own policies; this document describes how we handle data as the provider of Threadmodo.

3. Information we process

We process data in these categories, depending on how you use the product:

• Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and workspace preferences you provide when you register or sign in.
• Meta Platform Data: when you connect Meta, we receive and store data made available through Meta APIs and webhooks in line with your permissions, such as identifiers for connected Pages or Instagram professional accounts, access tokens needed to operate the service, comment text and metadata needed for moderation, and related engagement signals required to run queues, rules, and optional AI-assisted replies you enable.
• Product and security logs: operational events (for example moderation actions, audit trails you configure, sign-in events, and error diagnostics) to secure accounts and maintain reliability.
• Billing data: if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment-related information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

4. How we use information

We use information only to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Threadmodo (including moderation, alerts, and dashboards).
• Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and protect the security of our systems.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use Meta Platform Data to advertise third-party products or to build unrelated consumer profiles outside delivering Threadmodo for you.

Where you connect Meta, our use of information obtained from Meta is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms and other applicable Meta policies. We use that information only as described here and in our product, to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to connect the Meta assets you authorize.

We use trusted infrastructure and subprocessors (for example hosting, databases, email, and payment processing) who process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards. We may also use AI providers when you enable AI features, sending only the content required to generate suggestions you control.
