How to request deletion

To delete your account data and connected integration data from Threadmodo:

1. Send an email from the address associated with your Threadmodo account to support@threadmodo.com with the subject line Data deletion request.
2. Include your registered email, workspace or company name (if any), and a brief confirmation that you want your Threadmodo account and associated stored data deleted.
3. If you connected Meta (Facebook or Instagram), state that you want Meta connection tokens and cached comment data we hold for your workspace removed. Disconnecting Meta in the product before deletion may speed processing; we will still honor email requests.

What we delete

After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

• Your user profile and authentication-related records for Threadmodo.
• Connected Meta tokens and stored Page/Instagram identifiers tied to your account.
• Comment and moderation records stored in our systems for your workspace, subject to legal retention limits.
• Audit and operational logs that identify you personally, where technically feasible within retention policies.

Some information may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form, or longer if required by law, tax, accounting, or dispute resolution.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within thirty (30) days. Complex requests may take longer; we will confirm receipt by email.

Meta users

Removing data from Threadmodo does not automatically remove content or activity that Meta holds on Meta’s systems. You may also use Meta’s own settings and tools for your Meta account. Our processing of information received from Meta is described in our Privacy policy.
